Adrian Suherman

Adrian Suherman has been with Ciptadana since 2016 and has served as a member of Ciptadana Capital's board of commissioners since that year.

Mr. Suherman has more than 15 years of industry, consulting and entrepreneurship track record. He started career in leading product development, strategy, and operations for Oracle and Sun Microsystems in Silicon Valley. Upon returning to Indonesia, he worked for A.T. Kearney in their Technology practice and also built the digital advertising business for Telkomsel, the largest Telco operator in Indonesia, paving the way for Telkomsel to become the leading player in Indonesian digital advertising.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Suherman co-founded LivingSocial (first B2C eCommerce) and aCommerce (largest eCommerce enabler) in Indonesia. Currently, he is the CEO of Lippo Digital, where he leads several digital initiatives (eCommerce, Financial Services, Data Analytics) in Lippo group.

He has an MBA from INSEAD and MSc in Computer Science from Stanford University

Catherine G. Hambali

Ms. Catherine Gina Hambali is one of the two founders of Ciptadana. She also sits as a member of Ciptadana Capital's board of commissioner since 2020.

Prior to joining the Ciptadana Capital's board of commissioner, she served as Ciptadana Capital's board of director, Ciptadana Multifinance's president commissioner and as a member of Ciptadana Securities' boards of commissioner. She has held a number of supervisory board functions in several private companies.

Tirtadjaja Hambali

Tirtadjaja Hambali has been with Ciptadana since 1989 and has served as a member of Ciptadana Capital's board of commissioners since that year.

He is currently also the chief executive officer of Dynapack Asia Group that he helped establish and grow into one of the most well recognized and respected plastic manufacturers in Asia with 10 companies under its portfolio and 20 manufacturing plants across 5 countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and China).  He holds senior executive positions in several other companies.

Mr. Hambali was named "Indonesia Business Leader of the Year" by CNBC Asia Pacific in 2005.  He served as treasurer of the Indonesian Plastic Association (APINDO).  He graduated with first class honors in industrial engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 1978.

Fendi Santoso

Mr. Fendi Santoso has been with Ciptadana since 2020 and serving as Commissioner.

He has 19 years of experience in private equity and corporate space. He is currently serving as Director at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. Prior to that, he spent 4 years at The Abraaj Group as Director overseeing investments in South East Asia. Mr. Fendi Santoso also spent 5 years at Northstar Group - a leading private equity firm focusing in South East Asia countries, where he involved in several transactions in various sectors, including several financial services and consumer-facing businesses. Prior to this, he held various positions at Jardine Group – including at Astra International, Jadine Motors Group, Jardine Matheson, and Federal International Finance

Agus Arismunandar

Mr. Agus Arismunandar has been with Ciptadana since 2020 serving as Commissioner.

He is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of PT Multipolar Tbk. serving as Business and Investment Director, besides holding several other positions in Multipolar subsidiaries and affiliates. Mr. Agus Arismunandar started his professional career at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk in 2006 with last position as Head of Marketing & Promotion before he joined Multipolar in 2013 as Head of Investor Relations.

Mr. Agus Arismunandar holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Davis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Long Beach.

Thong T. Sennelius

Mr. Thong Sennelius has been with Ciptadana since 2005.He now sits as Ciptadana Asset Management's president commissioner since 2015 and as a member of Ciptadana Capital's board of directors since 2009, respectively.

He has held a number of executive positions and supervisory board functions in several public and private companies, including PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk, PT Ciptadana Multifinance and PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU).
Mr. Sennelius holds a bachelor in business administration degree from Trisakti University, Jakarta, in 1994 and a masters in business administration degree from Harvard Business School, Boston, in 1997.

Santo Nuradi Sutanto

Mr. Santo Nuradi has been with Ciptadana since 1995 and serving as Ciptadana Capital's Director since 2020.

From 2005 until 2019, he became a Director of Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia and now he is acting as a member of Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia's board of commissioners and part of discipline committee from Indonesia Stock Exchange. He started his career as an auditor since 1994 until 1995 in KAP Wisnu Hermana

Mr. Santo Nuradi has his formal degree from Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta on 1997.
