Position:  Associate - Corporate Finance (Associate - CF)

Job Desk:

• Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance Capital Market and Financial Advisory execution and capital raising capabilities
• Coordinate between Analyst for managing prospectus, information memorandum, presentation material and other transaction documents in accordance to OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations for capital market or non-capital market transactions (advisory).
• Oversee Analyst conduction documentation and submissions in accordance to OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations.
• Conduct business practices, and responsibility for preparing, assist, or supervise reporting control and transparency as required by OJK and IDX Rule for the listing and post listing requirement.
• Manage and mentor analysts by providing detailed guidance regarding OJK, IDX and KSEI regulations

Requirement:
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
• Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures
• Good knowledge of OJK, IDX and KSEI rules and regulations (electronic submission, process, e-IPO, etc.)
• Good knowledge about processing Initial Public Offering for every of kind transactions. Capital Market Transactions (IPO, Bonds) and Non-Capital Market Transactions
• Experience creating financial analyses
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience assisting with client development
• Ability to work with teams including with research and sales team
• WPEE license holder is a plus
