PT Ciptadana Capital is opening for full time position.

Position:  Analyst - Corporate Finance (Analyst - CF)

Job Desk:

Manage prospectus, information memorandum, presentation material and other transaction documents in accordance to OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations for capital market or non-capital market transactions.

  • Conducting documentations and submissions in accordance to OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations.
  • Assist various investment banking activities Capital Market for both domestic and international transactions. (capital raising activities)
  • Assist various investment banking Financial Advisory activity (M&A execution,  pre IPO restructuring and other restructuring activity)

Requirement:

  • Minimum S1 degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting, or closely related areas of Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of relevant experiences
  • Ability for problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team, including with research and sales team
  • Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures
  • Knowledge of OJK, IDX and KSEI rules and regulation
  • Experience creating financial Model
