Position:  Head of Human Resource - (HR - CSA)

Job Desk:

• Conduct the HR Activities: HR Operation, HR Strategy and HR Development to support the company purposes
• Recruitment and selection process ie manpower planning.
• System data implementation: Payroll (data and payment for company and subsidiary), Attendance, overtime, meal and transportation allowances and severance payment.
• Reward and remuneration: salary scale, bonus pool, incentives pool, allowances measurement, performance evaluation, key performance indicator
• Organizational development: career path, employee promotion, promotion scheme.
• Employee/Industrial Relation: updating and reporting Peraturan Perusahaan (Company Rules) to Manpower Department/regulatory, coaching and mentoring, warning letter and sanction
• Personnel Administration: Payroll Payment, BPJS, Attendance, Policy and SOP, compensation and benefit, health insurance, employee incentives.

Requirement:

1. Male / Female
2. Bachelor’s degree with age max 40 years old
3. Proven track record in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Experience with HR information systems and software.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
